Update
Yesterday, I started Krav Maga, this one-hour intensive cardio kickboxing course here in Austin. I did it for a couple of reasons: first, to reshock my body in terms of the cardio; second, it’s been an interest of mine for some time; third, its out of the box. I figured if I added this to the regimen, keep my lifting game up right, and eat as clean as possible (which will be kicked up heavily once Lent starts…ill letting it ALL go haha), then I should be good. I do have a question for anyone out there reading this: when doing solely a cardio workout, would you recommend a protein shake afterward? Your thoughts…first weigh-in is this Fri…let’s see if something happens…stay tuned.

What up Phrat. Krav Maga is a decision that I am glad I made. I try to get there 2 days a week. When I am not taking classes, I am there 4 days a week. Two of the teachers are high intensity trainers. So they only let you rest for a drink for 30 seconds or so then your back into fighting. The hour sessions feel much shorter. You should give it a try!
