Day one
So, today began the new semester and the new start of my regimen. I was going back and forth on what I should do regarding my workout, and to some extent, I still am haha. I’ve reached a point where I want to drop more weight, yet convert it into muscle, and tighten it all up (if you read my previous blog, it will make sense as to what I mean by tightening it up after the weight loss). I thought about returning to the LL Platinum workout, starting at the gold workout and go from there. A lot of the "goals" that he stresses are thought that I want to achieve (nice v-taper, more mass, yet constantly burning fat to get lean, etc.) Like I said, I think I want to drop/convert 15-20. So we’ll see how it goes. I weighed myself today and I’m at 212. I’ll keep u posted…now let’s get it!
