Missed my cardio session yesterday…oh darn!
I will take weight lifting over cardio any day!!!!! Worked back/chest today. I definitely feel the muscles I worked today! Again upped the weights where I could. Felt very strong. I write down the weight I lift and for some reason thought last time I did 205# on rack pulls so I load the bar to 210#…step up and do my reps but thinking WTHeck??? Uh yeah because I only lifted 200# last time! Took it down to 205#…think I will stay at this weight next week too…it was challenging and I do not want to risk an injury. Added another set at 110# for bench press, then remained at 105 for the rest! Did the majority of pullovers at 37# before going to 35#. Think it will be wise to soak in epsom salt and take some ibuprofen tonight…just to be on the safe side! ![]()
