I loooovvvvee this leg workout. It’s kickin my ass….in a good way!!!! I upped the weights on box squats to 110# (for two sets), Zercher 80#, Deads 145#. Leg Press is still tough at 50# but definitely feelin’ it in my hamstrings!Today is a high carb day and I’m starving! Gonna go eat my tilapia and grapefruit!….oh yum!
