Didn’t get a chance to post yesterdays workout but it went like this:
CHEST/BACK: Pull-Ups/Chins
Rack Pulls: 200#!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BB Rows: 2 sets @100#, 95# for good form
Bench Press: 110#
, 105, 100
Pull-Overs: 37#
Very happy with this workout!
Just finished my workout for today! I ROCKED it!!!!!! This particular workout definitely works my muscles! I am spent! (in a good way) ![]()
Military Press: 65# (2 sets), 60#
1 Arm Shoulder Press: I ROCKED THESE! 30# all sets….these were tough!
Lying Delt w/twist: 17# (2 sets), 15#
Side Lateral: 17#
Plate Choppers: 38# (love these!)
1 Arm Preacher Curl: 22 (1 set), 21 (1 set), 20#….these are tough too!
Hammer Curl: 30# (3sets), 27#
DB OH Press: 32#
Kickbacks: 20#
Good thing my trainer upped my carbs cuz I will need them to fuel my muscles with these workouts!!!!!!
