Yesterday was cardio and I did 30 minutes on elliptical. I did 5 minute intervals alternating between increasing incline and then resistance. I am feeling it in my quads and glutes today…especially doing that after my leg work out!!!! Taking today as a rest day as we are headed out of town tonight to watch my son play football. Huge game as the team we are playing is undefeated. But WHEN we beat them it will put us in the top seed. GO BUFFS! And of course my other son has a huge game tomorrow too….Oregon vs. USC. GO DUCKS! Love my boys!
