Typically I am not a big fan of leg day (although that is the area I need the most work in!) but I really like this workout. I can tell as time goes by and I continue to up the weight that I will be able to really build some muscle with these exercises! Focusing on form but still lifting pretty decent weight…..
Box Squats-105#
Single Leg Press-50# (these are tough!)
Zercher Squats-75#
Romain Deadlifts-135#
Worked out hard but nothing where I would strain or overdo it! Adding in an additional carb pre-workout and sipping on my Xtend throughout workout has made a huge difference! FEEL GREAT!
