ok…I’ve gotten a litte soft over the holidays. What can I say, it’s the first time in many years that I’ve been home to enjoy them! Glad I got to but now it’s back to work. I’m going to take measurements now and when I’m done with this gig to compare. Not quite sure how to take bodyfat measurements but I’m sure the pics will speak for themselves….We’ll see.
