Back Attack!
Had a good back day today. Usually only get 3 -4 exercises done, because its a hard body part and my training parner hates it too. But I’ve been using NO-Explode for 3 weeks, so after my 30sec rest after sets, I’m pretty much ready to go again with full power.
Exercises-
Lat Pulldown
Seated Row
Close Grip Pulldown
Seated wide row - 10 reps on 100Kg
One arm Row - 8 reps on 48Kg
Started on the Turkey Mince today, see how it goes.
