Had a good back day today. Usually only get 3 -4 exercises done, because its a hard body part and my training parner hates it too. But I’ve been using NO-Explode for 3 weeks, so after my 30sec rest after sets, I’m pretty much ready to go again with full power.
Exercises-
Lat Pulldown
Seated Row
Close Grip Pulldown
Seated wide row - 10 reps on 100Kg
One arm Row - 8 reps on 48Kg
Started on the Turkey Mince today, see how it goes.

Smith machine front press on 60Kg 8-10 reps today. Rear delt with cable pully is starting to work great. Ate 500g of beef mince yeterday so felt little bigger. NO-Explode is working great before work out, as well as BCAA’s before and after training. Will try and eat 500g of chicken tonight and a couple of shakes, eat potatoes every meal with brocalli.
