I usually due reps on the flatbench on my first chest workout, then dumbells on my second chest workout, then heavy on my third workout. My workout routine goes Chest and triceps, then back and biceps, cardio, shoulders (by itself), legs (by itself), then cardio. After that, I start all over again. It usually helps me get a bigger bench. You can adjust it as you see fit, but it works. My bench went from 250 to 300 in 6 weeks. Hopefully it helps you the same way. Good luck with your goals.
