May 19, 2008Ahh wow, my first blog.. Just wanted to get some things down thats runin thru my head..
After my last progress pics, i was happy but not as happy as i wanted to be with my progress… for the last few months i have just been eating by feeling and guessing macros, which would be fine for maintenance or bulk, but my real goal at the moment is to hit sub 6% bf… so that was a wake up call, and from now on im really ganna be on top of things.. i just went and baught some scales, and wrote up a diet in which im ganna be following for the next 8 weeks..
im going to be cycling carbs, as i find a lose bf quicker on a low carb diet, i will be refeeding once per week.. upwards of 350-450g of carbs.. 90% complex and during the week i will cycle <50g and <170g carbs depedant on my activties and always 1-1.5 g protien per LBM and getting all my fats from olive oil, flax, nuts ect..
I will also try to stick to a cardio reseme consisting of HIIT atleast twice a week, as ive neglected cardio pretty much all together in the past..
I have also purchased some BF caliper of BB.com to easly track my progress week by week, and be able to adjust my diet from there..
So hope my next progress pics really do impress and meet my expectations.
Well thats it for now.. Hope everyone is training hard.. i’ll leave everyone with a good saying to think about.
