Weeks Later/Updates
Tuesday, June 5th, 2007Well, I’ve been busy, but for the most part been keeping up with my schedule. I havent succeeded much in the weight side, but I can definitely see my muscles becoming much much more toned. Most notability my abs and arms. My plan was twice a day everyday, then decided on once 5-6 days. Now through this wonderful site, I learned that I could be potentionally overworking my muscles and to be honest, I could feel it. It is recommended AT LEAST 24 hours and 48 hours is advised of rest. I am now doing resting periods(monday-wednesday.-friday) and can feel and even see the difference in letting your muscles replenish themselves. I should post abs update/progress pictures. I am now focusing more on the lower abs and obliques.
Therefore I advise all to take 24-48 hours of rest. Or variate your muscle section workouts.
