My pants kept sliding down…
because of the keys in my pocket weighing one side down as I ran. So I took them out and held them in my hand. Otherwise, the run around the bays was quite comfortable and fast tonight. I think it was the three day layoff that let the tendons settle and strengthen. The tide was well out and the moon full and low in the sky. I had a good run out and I fought the ice cold southerly winds round the point, but on the way back I was blown home. My hulk kid told me it was really cold so I wore a beany. I didn’t really need it though. I need to be hard like the short wearing ice runners of Vermont. (50 mins…)

Hey, I love my beany. I’ll wear it whenever the temperature dips below 10C, even if I’m in shorts at 10C. Keep rocking the runs.
