yes I have been training since my last post but haven’t posted. I went over seas on a couple of trips through Sept, Oct and November so training was irregular. Overall, I sustained a routine of sorts, kept a core basic fitness for awhile maintaned my chin up average until christmas, and stayed off fizzys during the weekdays, but not Saturdays and Sundays. Did a fair bit of work between late Nov and Christmas then put on few pounds over the break while overseas again. I did two runs between Christmas and January 7. On January 8 and 9 managed two forty min runs; Jan 11 another forty minute run; Jan 12 a 56 min run; Jan 13 a 40 min; Jan 14 40 mins;Jan 15 45mins. Started lifting again too..trying to find my muscle memory and trying to forget the taste of chocolate covered almonds.
