Chinups
Wednesday, August 1st, 2007I have started doing assisted chinups at the gym with a goal to do seven unassisted by the end of November. I do three sets of five like this: starting in the chinup position, lowering myself down to a five count. I then let go of the bar, step up into the chinup position again and lower myself down to the five count. I rest three minutes…then do the next set. My pushup ability climbed quite quickly using my own bodyweight and strict form. Lets see what happens with the back muscles…
