Lifting more than you can chew
Lately i have been trying to lift heavier weights but have come to realize that i don’t eat enough food to accommodate for the extra energy expenditure, and am currently wondering whether or not i should eat more considering my past as being overly obese and would like to refrain from repeating that at any cost. when i do eat i eat meats and fruits along with nuts limiting my starchy carbohydrate intake, but i don’t eat large quantities. so is it ill advised to continue with this or should i sit down shut up and swallow as much food as i can
