Fat Burner question…

Hi everyone,

I want to find out, specially from those members who have a really low Body Fat %, how important is a Fat Burner in their supplementation. 1) How often do you take it a year? 2)For how long? What’s your favorite brand?

P.S. I do understand the importance of a clean diet.

I wonder why…

I’ve been on protein and veggies for one week…I haven’t lost an ounce, but my body looks different…more cut. I’ve been doing video exercises, cardio type…using most of the time my body weight to do the exercises…So I don’t think i can talk about muscle gain in this case…so why would I look more cut..with the same weight?
