550lbs. Leg Press
Last Friday, I was enthralled by my progress and especially strength on my legs. It feels good to keep progress especially I know that I made some accomplishment. Two Friday ago I did 525lbs, so I’ve decided to incline my leg press workout from 300-550lbs. Yes I finally did it!!!
Leg Press - 300-550lbs. 8-10×4
Hacksquat - 100-195lbs. 4-8×10
Romanian Deadlifts - 110-185lbs. 7×4

Nothing feels good when you accomplished something. Don’t worry Dibelle, I’m still going to stay at 550lbs. for 3 more weeks. hee hee..Better be ready!

I got 800lbs. for 2 sets of 10 today. I’m shootin’ for 1000 before Thanksgiving…think I can get it????

Nice work MJ!! Not only do you now outlift most of the guys i know but you are also way cuter! Speaking of which, would you mind posting some pics of you pressing all that weight, along with maybe some of your other big lifts, like your ez bar curls? My g/f is getting into lifting but is a bit afraid of lifting heavy for the usual fear of looking too bulky. I showed her your profile and a few others and she could not believe it. Then she said that you’re probably exaggerating. Anyway, I would love to show her that petite cute chicks can lift large and look great. Thanks and congrats again!!!
