I was ready for some good adrenaline rush yet sometimes I get interrupted by other people even though I have my Ipod on a full blast. Well, I guess it’s a human nature…it’s common…I forgive them. Alternate Incline Dumbbell Curl – 10-15lbs. 3×10 EZ-Bar Curl- 35lbs. 3-4×10 Overhead Cable Curl – 35lbs. 2-3×15 Spider Curl – 35lbs. 3×10 Dumbbell One Arm Triceps Extension – 15lbs.3×7-8 Close-Grip Bench Press- 35lbs. – 3×10 Decline Close Grip Bench To Skull Crusher – 35lbs. 3-10 Cable Rope Overhead Tricep Extension – 40lbs. –2×10 Reverse Grip Tricep Pushdown – 45lbs. 2×10 Close-Grip Front Lat Pulldown – 40lbs. 2×10 I guess that’s pretty much it. Hmm..is there anymore to do?
