Needless to say that I was very pumped up to go to the gym and work on my arms and lats along with some good ROCK music by 30seconds to Mars. I was ready for some good adrenaline rush yet sometimes I get interrupted by other people even though I have my Ipod on a full blast. Well, I guess it’s a human nature…it’s common…I forgive them. Alternate Incline Dumbbell Curl – 10-15lbs. 3×10 EZ-Bar Curl- 35lbs. 3-4×10 Overhead Cable Curl – 35lbs. 2-3×15 Spider Curl – 35lbs. 3×10 Dumbbell One Arm Triceps Extension – 15lbs.3×7-8 Close-Grip Bench Press- 35lbs. – 3×10 Decline Close Grip Bench To Skull Crusher – 35lbs. 3-10 Cable Rope Overhead Tricep Extension – 40lbs. –2×10 Reverse Grip Tricep Pushdown – 45lbs. 2×10 Close-Grip Front Lat Pulldown – 40lbs. 2×10 I guess that’s pretty much it. Hmm..is there anymore to do?

Shoulders are the least favorite training for me…but I must do everything and train every muscle parts of my body. Leaving one out is not a good thing, it has to be equal…hey, which is why it’s part of a human anatomy… :)

I didn’t workout as I planned.

Unfortunatley, I was carried away and decided to do my full leg workout today. Yeah, sooo baaaad…couldn’t help to myself and did not want to leave the gym not fully exhausted. The couraged that I made today was surprising…I couldn’t believed myself as well…

 Here’s what I did today:

Hack Squat -150lbs,  4-5x-7-8reps

Barbell Stationary Lunge- 115lbs-4-5×7-8reps

Smith Bar Squat- 70-100lbs.-4-5×10reps. (low dips)

Barbell Squat-135lbs.-4-5×7reps

Leg Curls - 50lbs. 4-5×7-8reps

Leg Press-150lbs-450lbs. 4-5×6reps

Barbell Good Morning  - 45lbs. x 1

Barbell Romanian Dead Lifts - 45-65lbs. 3-4×12reps.

 And I am totally exhausted after this!!! THANK GOD!!! :)

Another fun training for me today!

Ever like to enjoy  the three days weekend and you plan nothing at all but to have fun at the gym and take all the time you want? YEAAHHH Absolutely!!!So far, my weekend is just going smooth as I plan; however I pretty much sleep late than my normal bed time. I understand that we all need good sleep for good results on body trainings as well as mental focus. Well, I will be resting tonight but for now, it is show time!  :P   Have a  fine day!

Today, I will be doing Dips (light)

Barbell squats - 45lbs. - 100lbs. 6×15-20reps.

Hack Squat- 100lbs. - 4×15reps

Lying leg Curls - 65-85lbs. 3-4×12reps.

Romanian Deadlift- 45-65lbs. 4×15reps.

Hyperrextensions - 10-25lbs.plate on hand-3-4×10-12reps.

Stiff Leg Barbell Good Morning- 45lbs. - 3-4×10reps.

 Today is an easy day for me. No working out, no rushing myself to get to the gym and definitely there’ll be no weights on my hands except for my purse. :) But  since it’s my day off well, I’m going to be watching my food intake.  I am looking forward for this weekend; It’s going to be a nice sunny day… 

But before I forget, I did some chest and tris workout yesterday and it went well.

It feels Great to get compliments, don’t you?

Last night workout was a huge surprised for everyone in the room at the gym especially for guys who are just starting their workout routine for the summer. I really showed them how this 4′11 woman works with the weights YEAAAHHH!!!. Several of them came up to me and gave me big root and handshakes as they have witnessed how I tackled those plates. (well, it feels great when someone compliments with your work) :) Mission Accomplished!

Well, here’s the overview of what I did….
Hack Squat- 70lbs. 3×10
50lbs. dumbbell step ups- 3×8
Barbell Squat- 145lbs.-185lbs. 3×3x8
Leg Press – 400lbs. 3×10
Leg Extensions- 100lbs. 3×6
Standing Leg Curls

Biceps, Lower Back and Abs today 5/04

Hyperextensions with 10lbs. plate- 2sets of 15reps  Decline Crunch- 2 sets of 30reps Decline Crunch with 10lbs. plate- 2sets of 15reps.
