Happy Friday to all!

After rigorous workout on my upper body yesterday, it’s time for me to knock some weights for my legs and glutes today. :) I will be doing the same routine as my last post. I’m still loving the routine and I would probably change it a lil next week. Well, Hope you all have a great Friday and as well as weekend. TTyl!

Well, to answer to that…here you go.~ 

 My workout today was really good. I was focused and really lovin the momentum -making sure that I would not stay in the gym too long which sometimes I do…lol! So, I’ve came up with different routine since I have been doing lots of biceps for 2 weeks, I’ve added a different workout to see if it’ll work. Let me know what cha’ think. Thanks! 

Barbell curl - 35lbs. 3sets of 10-15reps. 

Close-grip EZ Bar curl -35lbs. 1set of 15reps. 

Dumbell Incline Bench Press- 20lbs. (each hand) 3sets of 10-12reps. 

Barbell Lying Triceps Extension - 2sets of 10-12reps. 

Dumbbell One Arm Tricep Extension - 10lbs. 3sets of 10-15reps. 

Seated Triceps Press- 20lbs. 1set of 10reps. 

Decline Crunch with 10lbs. plate. 3sets of 20reps. 

Decline Crunch regular 1set of 30reps.
