Alternating Hammer Curl- 12-15lbs. 3sets or 10-12 reps
Alternatigng incline Dumbbell Curl- 12-15lbs. 2sets of 20reps
Two-arm overhead Cable Curl- weight varies, but do 3sets of 15reps.
