Blog Entry
Wednesday, February 21st, 2007Well, I think it depends of every individual…but for my case, I think I had hit my limit to the extreme though I thought I could be able to gain more strength by working out every part of my body the other night…I was at the gym for 3 hours, yes I know it seems too much~ mind as well camp out, right? lol!
As a result to this, my whole body was soo sore the next day. I thought I’d be able to workout the next day, yet I just couldn’t move every part of my muscle for I was sore. So, I took a day off, gave my muscles time to recover.
I slept well last night…I still feel a lil sore but I think I could go back to the gym and concentrate on my legs workout…as follow:
Barbell Squats - 95-125lbs x 10 (3)
Barbell lunges- 95-115lbsx 10 (3)(3) (hop back/forth with one leg at a time)
Leg Press- 80lbs. x 10 (3)
Calves- 45-55lbs. x10 (3)
lastly, with abs and back workout…
Consequently what I’m asking here is. Is it too much to work out every thing in one time? Do I need to take a whole lot of calories for me to able to workout my entire muscles prior working out? Or should I stop and just do the split workout??
Thanks for all your input. Hope all is well~ *MUAH*
