Well, I think it depends of every individual…but for my case, I think I had hit my limit to the extreme though I thought I could be able to gain more strength by working out every part of my body the other night…I was at the gym for 3 hours, yes I know it seems too much~ mind as well camp out, right? lol!

As a result to this, my whole body was soo sore the next day. I thought I’d be able to workout the next day, yet I just couldn’t move every part of my muscle for I was sore. So, I took a day off, gave my muscles time to recover.

I slept well last night…I still feel a lil sore but I think I could go back to the gym and concentrate on my legs workout…as follow:
Barbell Squats - 95-125lbs x 10 (3)
Barbell lunges- 95-115lbsx 10 (3)(3) (hop back/forth with one leg at a time)
Leg Press- 80lbs. x 10 (3)
Calves- 45-55lbs. x10 (3)
lastly, with abs and back workout…

Consequently what I’m asking here is. Is it too much to work out every thing in one time? Do I need to take a whole lot of calories for me to able to workout my entire muscles prior working out? Or should I stop and just do the split workout??

Thanks for all your input. Hope all  is well~ *MUAH*

Back to civilization! Too bad. I want to stay in Maui. :-)

Tuesday, February 6th, 2007

Hello All~

Well, Maui was awesome! It was a very adventurous trip despite of the rain that I encountered yet it was a very warm rain drop, warm climate with relaxing view of the beach engaging my attention to one thing. Relaxation.

Unfortunately that wasn’t exactly what happened. I thought I could leave the gym alone for days and not to worry about my workout since I had been eating very clean for the past days. The Fairmont Hotel that I’ve stayed offer a 8am-10pm gym facility, which I took advantage off.  I workout almost everyday, then have a Swedish massage every other day, spa and facial, as well as reflexology massage. Hmmm…I think reflexology massage is the BEST. ;)

Of course, I’m not ending my vacation without to lie in the sun by the beach, whale watch, cruise around the town, and as well as beach hop. But most of all, locals are friendly enough to give good tips on where to find good local restaurants, and shops.

Enough about Maui, now back to reality.

I workout today at lunch, did some cardio and concentrated mostly on my abs.

Well, it’s getting late so Maui photos will be posted in the morning.

Good night and Mahalo~
