Hello All~

I have been anticipating for my Hawaii vacation, though I’m staying there for 1 week but I am concerned if I should worry about my workout routine and stay relax as it is. Perhaps 1 week of not lifting weights or working out would disperse my progress. Please advice. Thanks in a million.

Does adding more weights prevents toning?

Hello All~

I’m so curious about this, I don’t want to bulk up and gain too much muscles, yet I wanted to be tone or at least firm for some parts of my body.  I really like to tone my arms, back as well as lats, yet I am scared if I add too much weight would look muscular on me.

Please advice.
