Running makes you very lean (good if you need to lose fat, bad if you're already thin). You don't want to get stringy. Sprinters had nice asses. Long distance runners have flat butts. Sagging isn't really an issue.

It depends on what you are using. If it is the spray/sponge brush combo I would start the day before and put on a couple coats. It is time consuming and needs to set. If you need to be darker, put on another coat early that morning. For my last show I spray tanned twice and then used the Dream Tan Instant Competition color. That stuff rocks, comes off easily and you can apply it the same day you compete- that way you don't have to walk around looking like a weirdo for any longer than you have to :) Good Luck!!

You be doing a couple coats per night tonight, and maybe have even done one last night. Make sure you exfoliate well and are dried off before applying it. In the mornings shower like normal and make sure to apply some moisturizer. The longer you can keep the tan on the deeper it will set in. Wear cheap clothes and if possible they make bed and pillow covers so that they don't get stained. Might wanna try browsing the figure forum, too.

Before or after does not makes difference for fat burning purposes, but depending what type of work-out you want to accomplish, it may affect your performance on some exercises during that session.

Running is not bad at all for your glutes. If you run and combine other plyometric exercises plus additional gym workout, your glutes will be high and hard as a rock.

WHAT?!? Umm, maybe time to clarify what your trainer meant or GET A NEW TRAINER!!! Running will not make your glutes sag! Keep running, keep working the weights... Both Type I and Type II fibers are trained and you'll be good-to-go! You look great now! Best of luck! Michael.
