I just got back from talking to my new personal trainer and mentioned i am running now, he said running makes your glutes sag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh my god is it true???????
I have been eating so clean but for some reason i crave a diet coke once a day, how bad is it? i read somewhere that sodas (no matter if diet or regular) will give women cellulite? ahh i hope not! anyone..?
I have been going to the gym thing in the morning on an empty stomach, how bad is this? i am trying to lean out, but i dont want to loose muscle, anyone I love this web and love all of you!
