					<description>It depends on what you are using. If it is the spray/sponge brush combo I would start the day before and put on a couple coats. It is time consuming and needs to set. If you need to be darker, put on another coat early that morning. For my last show I spray tanned twice and then used the Dream Tan Instant Competition color. That stuff rocks, comes off easily and you can apply it the same day you compete- that way you don't have to walk around looking like a weirdo for any longer than you have to :) Good Luck!!</description>
