I don’t drink a lot of soda, but I can’t really think of a reason it would be bad to drink one a day. You look great, so it’s obviously not impacting your fitness.
I can say that I have read similar articles that are claiming what you said you have read, but I really dought it. How can something that doesn’t have calories add any type of fat to your body. I lost 40 lbs in 3 months while drinking tons of diet soda.
However I do know that it’s still bad for you regardless. How much, i’m not certain, but I can tell that cellulite or not, you would still be better off without, plus you would feel good about your willpower with each new day not drinking the stuff.
the bad thing about diet drinks (and ANYTHING CARBONATED) is two-fold…
first, aspartame turns into methyl alcohol in your intenstine, which is the base component of formaldahyde - scientists use formaldahyde to sterilize equipment and preserve tissue - they DON’T DRINK IT!
second, the CO2 they use to carbonate it deteriorates bone density - so for women, osteoporosis becomes a serious issue…it also leads to MS, lupis, and any of the other auto-immune disorders.
just some pointers
btw - i LOVE your soccer legs i’ve also got large thighs…always have. yours are GORGEOUS though - i need to do more leg press!

I found a health and beauty site that lists that one as a myth. Here’s the link:
