I have been going to the gym thing in the morning on an empty stomach, how bad is this? i am trying to lean out, but i dont want to loose muscle, anyone I love this web and love all of you!

We love you too. I would think some small portion of food 1 hour prior would help you burn more especially reving up your metabolism. Vinny

if you are doing just cardio then it will help you cut more but if your also lifting i would eat some small portion of protein and a few grams of carbs.. and yes we love you too…

Take some amino acids or a small protein shake. Don’t take any carbs as the cardio would burn this first and not fat (as if you have some.) But the aminos/protein will keep you from losing muscle.

We really love you too Mary. As for you inquiry, if you are just doing cardio, you will be fine going on an empty stomach. But if you are actually working out with weights, I would suggest to eat 20-40 grams of protein and maybe an apple about an hour before you workout. But you should also consume a shake with protein imediately after to help your muscles recover and grow. Take care of your self. Keep focused on your fitness goals.
