Get your stamina up and flexability for sure bro and it depends on what you wanna train in. Ive been training in BJJ, Mui Tie, Boxing ect. for years and nothing will make you more sore. Good luck man!!!

Cage fighting? Actually MMA is one of my favorite sports (football too). O.K. Here is my best advice….Don’t get hit in the face!
