P 90-X

May 20, 2009

Well everyone, I have changed my routine yet again … So what are your thoughts on P90-X. I have been doing it for a little under a month. I am under the impression it really focuses on your core.  I really want to get cut up no so much mass anymore.  I tested this theory of being able to do more pull ups being this program is filled with them.  The truth of the matter is I am no further along with pull ups than I was prior to starting this program.  I some what fault myself for not recording/writing down what I do as this is where I believe I am flawed.  Call me lazy if you may but no one is perfect.  I have a little less than 2 months before I get back to the states to create this “beach body” A full year of hitting the gym six days out of the week for 2 hrs a day.  I biggest problem has been my diet missing meals here and there; just too tired sometimes to get up and go to the dinning facility.    It’s time for me to get serious! I just feel my body needs rest a lot but hey that’s life!!

Welcome!

Welcome to the Bodybuilding.com BodyBlogs. This pic was taken aprox a month into my workout.  I am on a 9 month plan with a couple of buddies, one whom reffered me to this site.  I hope to learn some things I don’t already know and plan on giving it 100% everyday.  Every month I will post pictures of my progress.  I am going for the total body sculpture.  More pics to follow in 2 weeks.
