thought i would put some thoughts and progress down on paper to share. my last photos i uploaded where from september 2006. it was a time where did my first proper cut. i do not compete or do not intend to. i geared my training towards my 2 holidays i took in 2006. getting ripped up for the beach was my goal 16 weeks prior. you will see most photos are from my hols. i reached 8% bodyfat in the end. looking back i enjoyed the time doing eat. some nites where tough when see people muching on sweets and chocolate but i stuck to it. thinking back i think i went abit to low on calories and id say i lost at least 5lbs of muscle along with 24lbs of fat.

novemeber came and i decided to up the diet abit and start a lean mass building program. ive calculated a diet which goes just above maintainence so huge weight will not be happening so looking at the end result in march id hope to have gained 15lbs. start my cut to be ready for jun/july hopefully weighing in 5-7lbs heavier than last year. that will be a great goal for me to reach. im writing now having gained 13lbs since november and my abs are still visible when tensed so i am happy with progress so far. i started taking a training log with me to the gym ( why i didnt do this years ago i dont know) and since then my lifting progress has made huge gains. added 40lbs to my deadlift and squat in 4 weeks from just knowing exactly what i did the week before. i now go in the gym always looking to beat my workut from the week before. keeps me motivated threw the cold winter months.
