Weeks 4 - 5
It's been 2 weeks since my last confessional, and as the measurements show, I was not at the top of my game. I did workout the past two weeks, but was not consistent on the weekends. My diet and exercise went to hell on these days. But these are in the past and now I just need to concentrate on the next 7 weeks.
My goals for this next week are quite simple. I am still doing the zone diet and mostly enjoying it. The only downside is the time spent preparing food can be long. But I like the food, so that is the important part. My exercise for the up coming week are pretty much the same. I am really enjoying my current crossfit schedule of 4 times a week. I will add a quick evening run on the treadmill this week to help my endurance a little more.
I just want to get back on track this week. Keeping an eye on my weight and make sure it goes in the right direction. Nothing lofty, just keep focus and enjoy the journey.
