weight holding hard at 142
Tuesday, September 18th, 2007although my weight is just not budging, my physique is (slowly) improving. my legs are coming out, my stomach is flat. my arms are NOT stringy and veiny like they were in may and my muscle bellies are full and hard and beautiful.
i’m thinking that my weight may be holding still because i’m still using creatine every workout. i was planning on taking it up until october. i’m going to stick with that plan, then cut it and see what happens. i’m pretty confident that i’m still building lean mass. i’m getting 100-150 g of carbs a day, so i’m able to work out at a very high intensity. i’m still in pain from sunday’s crossfit workout!
so, new plan is to stay at 142 for now and in october i should be able to shed 2 pounds a week to hit 135 (ish) in time for october 20. now the question is, what show on 10/20? OCB Charm City? NPA State Qualifier (local)? INBF Battle of Blacksburg? Convenience factor alone says NPA, I have time to decide I guess. I’m getting really psyched for Yorton, I’m going to get my registration in this week. Will be exciting to meet so many pros!
Today I tried some of the events I’ll have to do in tri-fitness. I built a 20" aerobic step and did 20 box jumps followed by 10 - 10-yard sprints. Repeat at highest possible intensity for 20 minutes. Puke. Then stretch and get some aminos. It was GREAT.
