Still Crossfitting 3 on 1 off. Most workouts are still modified. Why can’t I do a freaking pullup anymore? Do I weigh too much?
I’m back in 360 dance, even though it is now called "Delirio." Unfortunately Laurie remembered me and would not cut me a break last night. I was dying. Picked up some great new ways to strengthen my shoulders (which still suck, how will I ever do a 1-hand pushup!!)
I’m also trying to watch my diet a little more. I got too out of control, I’m not careful enough when I’m not measuring/weighing. Oh, and if there is peanut butter in the house, have no fear, I’ll polish off the whole jar in a day or two. NO MORE PB ALLOWED
Typical weekday:
0500 whey + 1/4 cup oats
0530 workout
0715 4 egg whites, maybe some fruit
0930 (ish depending on work) low fat cottage cheese and fruit
1200 (ish depending on work) 3 oz chicken 1 cup green veggies apple
1500 (ish depending on work) 3 oz chicken 1 cup green veggies
1800 this is where it all falls apart. i might eat nothing all night, maybe a jar of PB, maybe miller lite, maybe more chicken and veggies. I figure if I can keep it together 75% of the time its better than I’ve been doing, right?
