Week 4

Monday, November 26th, 2007

Today and tomorrow are kind of off, I’ll be traveling for work.  I will be training the rest of the week though, I really need to get back in the gym and need to get my diet back under control.

 

Back to the 2000 calorie target 50F/150 P/200+ C

 

Wednesday AM Full Body Lifting

                 PM 360 Dance

Thursday AM Fitness Skill Drills

Friday      AM Cardio, Strength and Flexibility Work

Saturday  AM Full Body Lifting

 

Of course I’m going out of town again on Saturday and I seem to suck at sticking to a plan lately, but I’ll do my best.

Week 3

Tuesday, November 20th, 2007

So, I haven’t eaten healthy or worked out yet.  And I didn’t weigh myself yesterday.  So let’s just call this week a wash.  I’m too busy and tired to focus on training and diet.  I’ll be on some kind of track next week…

Looking forward to the LONG WEEKEND!  Happy Turkey Day!

Week 2

Monday, November 12th, 2007

Last week I started out really strong…but then my trip to Chicago threw me all out of whack.  I ate a lot of good meals out and had a few beers…Luckily, my weight is sticking at 146.

 The plan this week is the same workouts, with a goal of cutting rest time between sets and bumping the sets from 15 up to 20 (when I’m feeling better, this morning I could barely breathe!!)

I did miss one cardio workout last week, but hey, I’m bulking!  Stay tuned, next week may get interesting.

Offseason - Week 1

Monday, November 5th, 2007

I will try to update my weight every Monday.  This week I’m way up from my disgusting binge last week.  I will be traveling a lot for work this month so it should be interesting…

Mon - AM Full Body Workout

Tues - AM Cardio

Wed - AM Full Body Workout

Thurs - AM Cardio, travel for work

Fri - AM Full Body (probalby PM cause I get in late Thursday!)

Sat - AM Cardio

Sun - Rest

 

Nutrition - 7 meals, shooting for 2000 calories - 150 P/250 C/50-60 F, 3 cheat meals allowed

 

On another note - here we go steelers!  Big game tonight…

(I love being almost normal again!)

In preparation for my next phase of training, anyone have any idea how to train for an obstacle course challenge without running an obstacle course?
