Monday, November 26th, 2007Today and tomorrow are kind of off, I’ll be traveling for work. I will be training the rest of the week though, I really need to get back in the gym and need to get my diet back under control.
Back to the 2000 calorie target 50F/150 P/200+ C

PM 360 Dance
Thursday AM Fitness Skill Drills
Friday AM Cardio, Strength and Flexibility Work
Saturday AM Full Body Lifting
Of course I’m going out of town again on Saturday and I seem to suck at sticking to a plan lately, but I’ll do my best.
