w/o 11/4 2 weeks "stabilization recovery" 2000 cals 150 P/250 C/50 F split
next 6 months
4 weeks of "power" training alt with 4 weeks of "hypertrophy" training, diet adjusted as needed
may 5, 2008 begin dieting
july 10, 2008 women’s trifitness
august, 2008 ms nabba figure
this is the new rough plan. after next august or september i plan to take a year off from competing to get HUGE and either do NPC figure or natty bodybuilding (both?) in the fall of 2009.
can you tell i did a lot of thinking based on my last two figure shows…
