					<description>Thanks a lot for your comment - I do hope people will read it. My graft was from patelar tendon. According to what I read, this is usually the option for many sports. I'm a powerlifter. 
And you are 100% right: between 1-2 months is when the new ligamentous structure is most vulnerable. I am aware of that and will closely watch myself!

					<description>Did you have the ligament replaces by grafting part of your hamstring or did you opt to have a cadaver replacement. I had the ligament replaced with grafting from my hamstring. Word of advice, around 2 months you'll start to feel that the knee is 100% and all is well. This is actually the time that the knee is the weakest. You knee is the strongest right after surgery and 6 months post-op. There is a larger chance of damaging the ACL again during that 4 month window. Have any questions let me know, I wish I had done a recovery log, good idea!</description>
