					<description>Ahh, it is sooo tempting to NOT listen to your body.  But more often than not the best approach is to let yourself miss those workouts OR have a fun workout; you know, a workout where you do things you don't usually do or that won't take a lot out of you.  For bodybuilders that might be forearms, abs, calves, etc.  Hope you feel better soon.  Mike</description>
