			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I have been on my new &quot;bulking&quot; plan for 3 weeks now and have gained 1.5 lbs, so not bad. I want to keep it that way, a slow process hopefully controlling fat gains. But then again I don&#8217;t really care that much because dieting will come in time and it is easy as pie for me to diet. I am happy though so far! Scale is going up, scary yes, but I have bigger goals that mean more to me than numbers on the scale. Plus&nbsp; I look better with meat on my bones <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Had a cheat meal today. Small tapa style lunch and chocolate cake <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  I can eat that in 2 bites! It was delish. Just finished up my last meal on plan&#8230; egg white, 1 egg, sharp cheddar cheese&#8230; so good! </p>
<p>I get 1-2 free meals a week, I think I&#8217;ll just call it a week though. Don&#8217;t have an urge for another free meal this week, we&#8217;ll see. </p>
<p>THings I want to improve on in the next few months:<br />
1. BUTT&#8230; I need one. No more pancakes around here! haha.<br />
2. Shoulders<br />
3. Bigger arms. I have an obsession with cut arms&#8230; think it looks so sexy!<br />
4. Add some mass on my back</p>

<p>Back on plan today! I think I am going to skip my free meals for a couple of weeks. I feel better like that. Sometimes I seem to over do it, but hey I am human and have a sweet tooth:)</p>
<p>Had my awesome crocopot oatmeal this morning with egg whites and apples. Yum! It&#8217;s to die for. Now am getting ready for the workout.

<p>I also have more food! We will slowly raise the calories, as I plan on building throughout February, so a good 5 months. I am way too skinny and I hate that look. I want more muscle mass. </p>
<p>I basically have more carbs and fat! Yay, love cheddar cheese and almonds and pecans! Oh, and I get to eat way more fruit! I do feel more hungry though. I feel less hungry on lower carb, as it curbs my appetite. But I can&#8217;t complain =) Because I love food!

4- turkey burger (lean), salad, almonds
5- top sirloin, sharp cheddar cheese
6- egg whites with sweetener and cin. (should be turkey but am substituting)

<p>This is my off day food plan, I&#8217;ll write about my training day plan some other time.</p>
<p>I truly enjoy eating like this. I weigh all of my food, and have been at it for a very long time. I don&#8217;t let things get in the way of my eating. Of course, I do have times when I have to eye ball amounts if I happen to be out, but other than that I am always on plan. Free meals, of course, once in a while. I don&#8217;t look at food as &quot;good&quot; and &quot;bad&quot; as most do. Food is food. I will say that I do feel better eating my &quot;on plan&quot; foods compared to free meals.</p>
<p>Free meals, let&#8217;s see. I do enjoy eating and can eat a lot! My favorite things to eat include sweets- chocolate cake, okay any dessert =) I also love breakfast foods, like pancakes and that sort of stuff. </p>
<p>I do have someone that does my meal plan and workouts and he is a great coach! I am happy for that, as I wouldn&#8217;t be able to do it on my own. I love not having to worry about planning my meals or workouts. </p>
