So I decided that it’s best now to start eating more and lifting heavy for a few months if I ever want to grow. So, ya it will be hard having my clothes fit very snug, but my goal is more muscle, so what the heck! Can’t wait to see my progress after a few months of eating above maintenance, lifting heavy, and then revealing some muscle!

Last week and this week I have had two people comment on my body. The first was at a gas station when I was buying gum. The guy working there said something about how great my legs looked, and he could tell I worked out. He thought I was a runner or something, so that was nice to hear you can some change. Then this past Saturday after working out, a woman came up to me. I had seen her working out in the same weight area I was at. Anyways, she said that she wanted to look like me, have my back and arms, and that they looked amazing. Okay, I was def held aback by her nice compliment. It meant so much to me, knowing that I was motivating someone else, and also that my hard work is finally starting to physically show. I’ll keep working hard!

I’ve been traveling a lot lately for my job. Every week somewhere new around the country, so eating what I eat at home obviously can’t happen. I just had my breakfast of every morning, oatmeal with blueberries and egg whites… nothing beats that!

Well… I ate the rest of my birthday cake. Just the outside part with the frosting. It was good! So now it won’t be staring at me in the fridge. I’m pretty sneaky though, I just wait for everyone to eat up the cake, and when there’s a small piece left I just go for it,but only the sides with frosting=) My sister’s have given me the name scavenger because I always pick at the only parts I like. For example, if I do eat a chocolate chip cookie, I just pick out the chocolate chips. With cake, eat the outer layer. Of course I always feel bad afterwards like now=( oh well!
I did legs today. I need to push myself. I know I need to push myself. I’ll start adding a little bit more weight. First comes good form though.

So I have been thinking of some goals I want to pursue body wise. I’m still brainstorming, so I haven’t written them down, or maybe it is called procrastinating=) My Mom signed me up for some Zumba classes, which I love. I wish I had more rhythm and my arms weren’t so long, but hey I can hold my own. It’s a lot of cardio, so I will just cut down a bit during the week. I was checking out my arms and they looked good, I could see muscle! Of course, I would want them to be a lot fuller, but that will take some work like eating and lifting heavy for a while. It’s funny how I am never satisfied with how I look. I am tall and thin, but always still think I am big and fat, which I have never been. I have this image in my head of what I look like, but when I took the pics I was like hmmm, I don’t look that bad. It also hard not to compare to others. I have worked on that though. Oh well, enough for tonight! I’m going to bed soon so I can wake up early!

I’m 24 now! haha exciting huh? My bday was yesterday on the 10th. I haven’t logged in a lot lately, but am planning on doing so more often. I’m going to update some pics if I can manage to put them on my computer… got a dig camera for Christmas finally. Have a good night!

Just got done doing my sat morn caridio. Lately I have gotten into walking on the highest incline on the treadmill and I love it. It’s a workout! I’m addicted. I like changing things up with cardio because I get so bored doing the same thing. Also, I weighed myself since my pants seem to be a bit loose, and ya I’ve lost some weight. I know realize how easy it is for me to lose weight, but I have to careful so I don’t end up looking like a skeleton. Well I will keep doing what I am doing, and if I lose a lot more, then I’ll up my eating. Oh well, I feel good though!
Well I was going to write some more, just some rants, but I’ll just do it later. Hope everyone has a great weekend! I’m going to work on finding jobs and finishing up a project I’m working on, nothing to exciting, then just relax tonight, hopefully watch Transformers if it arrives in the mail!

So my I had some work done on my foot last Tuesday and I thought I was going to be fine… ya right. I haven’t been able to walk since then and can only wear sandals, so no workouts for me the past week! I thought I was better this morning, so I ate and then a while later went to put my shoe on… no way=( I didn’t plan on this break, but oh well, somethings are out of my control, and it won’t kill me, I just miss it. I have a new goal this week of getting all my protein in, which I have been lacking in. Welp… that’s it for now! Hopefully I am better soon so I can get back in the gym!
