Bulking

So I have been on my new "bulking" plan for 3 weeks now and have gained 1.5 lbs, so not bad. I want to keep it that way, a slow process hopefully controlling fat gains. But then again I don’t really care that much because dieting will come in time and it is easy as pie for me to diet. I am happy though so far! Scale is going up, scary yes, but I have bigger goals that mean more to me than numbers on the scale. Plus  I look better with meat on my bones :)

Had a cheat meal today. Small tapa style lunch and chocolate cake :) I can eat that in 2 bites! It was delish. Just finished up my last meal on plan… egg white, 1 egg, sharp cheddar cheese… so good!

I get 1-2 free meals a week, I think I’ll just call it a week though. Don’t have an urge for another free meal this week, we’ll see.

THings I want to improve on in the next few months:
1. BUTT… I need one. No more pancakes around here! haha.
2. Shoulders
3. Bigger arms. I have an obsession with cut arms… think it looks so sexy!
4. Add some mass on my back

Holiday weekend

I ventured off to Houston this past week and definitely indulged way too much! But it was worth it =) I am holding tons of water, as I can feel it. It’s weird, when I am holding water my skin/body hurts… weird feeling! I gotta drink up on the water today and flush it all out.

Back on plan today! I think I am going to skip my free meals for a couple of weeks. I feel better like that. Sometimes I seem to over do it, but hey I am human and have a sweet tooth:)

Had my awesome crocopot oatmeal this morning with egg whites and apples. Yum! It’s to die for. Now am getting ready for the workout.

1st week of new plan-building phase

So just got done with my new plan this week and I have been sooooo sore! My trainer told me that was expected since it’s totally different from what I was doing before.

I also have more food! We will slowly raise the calories, as I plan on building throughout February, so a good 5 months. I am way too skinny and I hate that look. I want more muscle mass.

I basically have more carbs and fat! Yay, love cheddar cheese and almonds and pecans! Oh, and I get to eat way more fruit! I do feel more hungry though. I feel less hungry on lower carb, as it curbs my appetite. But I can’t complain =) Because I love food!
