Food!
Sunday, August 16th, 2009Let’s see… this is what my meals have consisted of today:
1- egg whites, crock pot oatmeal (my favorite food), berries
2- lean dessert shake, apples
3- chicken, broccoli, natural pb
4- turkey burger (lean), salad, almonds
5- top sirloin, sharp cheddar cheese
6- egg whites with sweetener and cin. (should be turkey but am substituting)
My supplements everyday include this:
-multivitamin
-fish oils
- vitamin e
-vitamin c
This is my off day food plan, I’ll write about my training day plan some other time.
I truly enjoy eating like this. I weigh all of my food, and have been at it for a very long time. I don’t let things get in the way of my eating. Of course, I do have times when I have to eye ball amounts if I happen to be out, but other than that I am always on plan. Free meals, of course, once in a while. I don’t look at food as "good" and "bad" as most do. Food is food. I will say that I do feel better eating my "on plan" foods compared to free meals.
Free meals, let’s see. I do enjoy eating and can eat a lot! My favorite things to eat include sweets- chocolate cake, okay any dessert =) I also love breakfast foods, like pancakes and that sort of stuff.
I do have someone that does my meal plan and workouts and he is a great coach! I am happy for that, as I wouldn’t be able to do it on my own. I love not having to worry about planning my meals or workouts.
