Hmmmmm
Thursday, September 13th, 2007So I need to do something different or try something new… I don’t know. I am ready to see some changes instead of feeling like I never progress. Maybe my intensity is not there, or I am not pushing my self hard enough to see results. I know diet is key to this. AHHHHHHH so confusing.
I have been doing a new workout, and I’m on week 3 of it. ALso, I have been watching how much I have been eating lately.
I see all of these great profiles of women that have made amazing changes and I want to be one as well!
Alright, enough of this negativity. Just once again feeling frustrated.
