new goal
Wednesday, May 16th, 2007Well, I have a new goal. I want to be a fitness model. So this goal can be added on to my list.
I’m on vacation right now, so taking a week break from the gym and just enjoying myself. I’ve done some light stuff, such as walking a couple of miles a day, but that’s it, oh and some ab work.
Eating wise… I have been eating probably three meals a day, and just whatever, keeping it healthy when possible. I’ve lost some weight actually, because I am not eating as much.
I’ll start up again on Monday. I’ll keep doing the 5X5 program for a bit longer, then switch it up to something else.
