1st time i tried rack deadlifts, pins set abit under a foot from the ground, managed 200 x 4 on my 4th set, was happy with the excercise and am gonna rotate, racks with normal deads week to week so hopefully i will be deadlifting 200 for a few b4 the end of the yr.
