Time to damage another area
So the xtreme soreness and stiffness is gone in my chest shoulders and delts. Moving on to legs. Started todays workout doing my version of clean and press. I say mine because it doesn’t look like the olypic version. As long as it doesn’t hurt me and makes me stronger. I will get the form down soon. I was worried doing these xcersise because of my injure knee. So i started at 95lbs and moved up to 135. yayyyyyyyy no problems I’ll b @full strength soon 100 lbs squatting and 90 lbs leg press on my bad legand 250 combined . I did negs on my sore knee. abductore and adductors. and now i am doing light arnold presses and high reps . Dieselness here I come
