No workout today : (

I however will log my PEA xperience  I took 1 cap today on empty stomach. Mild rush. Typical day. Focus was a little better Maybeit was the PEA maybe it was something else. Around 5 feelin very tired ready to quit and go home. Took break downed protein shake a few minutes later popped a cap rested for 10 minutes. Power levels came back up - like pac-man eatin a power pill- cranked it out till 7:30. So I would have to say that the P.e a contributed heavily to the refocus on gettin job done the energy boost probaly came from protein powder laced with ribose and aspartic acid. Xcellent power up. Thats all I got My name is Marco thanx 4 lettin me share. aww what the hell let me break my dumbells out

X-cellent workout

Tried pea for the first time. It kicked in about 10 minutes after I took it. OH BOY what a feeling.Mood switched instantly. Start feeling good . Mild waves of euphoria like i was rolling kind of. Slight skin sensations feeling of giddyness and goofyness and least that is what my girls said. I took 2 cap@750mg with b6 and 1220 mg of gingko and technadrine supreme all of which i had taken before i got tham. I think the added stimulents made the intial kick of the pea very intense.

FOCUS I was able to focus a lot better in my workouts

workout consisted of  Deadlifts 4 set @ 4 reps 185lbs 3 sets  4 reps 235 2 sets 3 reps 275 Snatch 2 Press   95lbs 7 reps 4 sets.   135 1 set 2 reps Isolation chess press 70 lbs 8 reps 2 sets 45 lbs 15 reps 2 sets Flat bench 1oo lbs 3 sets 10 reps

swam  20 laps and then jumped on the ellyptical 49 min and burned a  1000 cal. Prob pay for it the rest of the week but i “got to say today wuz a good day”

Only 115 on the clean and presses

Started my workout with these 5 sets @6 reps. What a way to get started. I cant wait to knee gets better and strength levels come back up. I have got to take video of clean and presses to try to get form down right. Right now it works for me

Time to damage another area

So the xtreme soreness and stiffness is gone in my chest shoulders and delts. Moving on to legs.  Started todays workout doing my version of clean and press.  I say mine because it doesn’t look like the olypic version. As long as it doesn’t hurt me and makes me stronger.  I will get the form down soon.  I was worried doing these xcersise because of my injure knee. So i started at 95lbs and moved up to 135. yayyyyyyyy no problems I’ll b @full strength soon 100 lbs squatting and 90 lbs leg press on my bad legand 250 combined . I did negs on my sore knee. abductore and adductors. and now i am doing light arnold presses and high reps . Dieselness here I come

I hurt but feel good @the same time

SOOOOOOOOOO sore shoulders back and delts.  I am even getting a leg workout while doing my cardio cuz they are sore as all get out to. Going to be posting pics up soon.WARNING  I am a fat @$$. But it will be fun blasting it in to oblivion seeing the change again. Hopefully for the last time. Getting early start this time on my workout season till lata

Deliciously sore

Did  a lite arm workout and back workout. good morning led to some snatch and clean very lite weight i think it was 75 pounds. Trying to get my right knee back in shape from summers injury . I tore something on the left  side of my knee couldn’t bend it for 5 weeks. Worked on my ellyptical burned 800 calories in 40 min. Knee buckled a few times. But it did not hurt. Please heal  please. I want to get back to squating deadlifting and snatch and presses. I feel deliciously sore. My first time taking leukic and halo. Def feel the halo  Wow!!! nIt feels good to getting back in the gym

Decisions Decisions Decisions

arm workout soreness is gone from tuesday workout.which part do i go for next did chest like two weeks ago. More than likely will have to go through soreness again. Trying to ease back in to this ( working out) without being to sore and tired for work. Lats Back Legs which way do I go Which way do I go
