Thursday, August 28th, 2008Well the first half of the deck season is over time to hit the gym before the second half comes and then winter. Time to get all sore again. Got to remember my amino cocktail recipes and supp schedule workouts and all that . tore some ligaments in my right knee cant flex muscle got to get it fixed. oh well HERE GOES. till next time yall
