Surprisingly I woke up weighed myself registered 216 YEAH I should be a solid 215 by the end of today. I had a workout partner today to push me and I in turn him. Morning amino cocktail. Sip on my evolutionx10 it works yall. ended cardio @9A.M started workout with HIIT for 20 min resistance 100 for first 5 min gradually lowerd by 20 till I hit 40 and road into the sunset burning500 cal in 20 min> Worked abs again 5 supersets ab machine and oblique machine. No rest hardly me and partner back and forth between machines. Abs can take it. wanted puke for a minute. think i did 300 crunches on ab and 200 each side of obliques. try doing them with withone hand behind your back and shoulder pressed against pad and get a full twist to side. after machines hoped back on my horse(cybex arctrainer ellyptical) rode it for 20 min at high resistance low instensity kept heart rate @ 140-150 burned another 500calories. proceeded to do 5 sets of leg raises superset with leg raise to crunch and windshield wipers and then did 4 sets of weighted decline crnches 2@25 & 2@45 Talk about a burn finish off with 30 min on my horse burned 600 cal and took isopure mango peace yuck mixed with gnc vanilla protein which made it drinkable for a total of 60 grams of protein. Then ran for 7 min backwards and 8 min forward till the burning in my legs made me stop. will check in lated
